were able to construct our new, spacious garage for our remodeled

time. Having high V-groove wide pine ceilings with exposed

it. The St. Joe brick patio turned out great as well. Gibson

ourselves. Once we made the decision to sell, I was not sure

"We
bought our first house from Gibson Lott in the summer of 2003.
When I first saw the shell of the house, I thought he might
have trouble fixing up the house, much less selling it. No
trouble selling it at all as my wife and I bought the house
from Gibson just a few months after seeing it for the first
time. We love the open design of the house, the indestructible
concrete counters and the original hardwood floors that he
left in the home. We were also extremely happy with how quickly
some minor fixes that were needed were handled after the act
of sale. While looking at other houses we always noticed how
most renovations seemed to be slapped together without any
attention to detail. Gibson's work on our house has been very
solid and well thought out. The whole buying process was actually
fun and easy, especially when compared to some of the nightmares
I have heard others go through. Another great plus about buying
a house from Gibson has been his commitment to the area. In
addition to our home, he has completed six renovations in
our neighborhood and is currently working on five more in
the immediate area. Gibson has a really good eye for turning
old homes into great new houses. If we had wanted a cookie-cutter,
new subdivision house, that wouldn't have been hard to find.
However, finding someone to build a new home for us, while
keeping a good deal of old charm, was one of the best things
about buying a house from Gibson."
